Can I pause or cancel my membership?

Our memberships require a 3 month commitment to sign up and then you can cancel any time​

What if I'm unable to use my pre-paid massage within the month?​

Unused passes will roll over for one month and will then be forfeited. We want to make sure you're getting what you pay for so if there's an issue making it to your appointments, let's talk! ​

Can I use my pre-paid massage for someone else?​

Member massages cannot be transferred to someone else but you can use your monthly buddy pass to gift your member discount to a loved one.​

Can I include a tip in my monthly auto-pay?​

We encourage tipping in cash or via Venmo but if you prefer simplifying this step by adding a tip to your monthly auto-pay, let us know! Please know that tipping is accepted but not expected. You can show your gratitude alternatively by leaving a google review, handing out a business card or referring a friend!​
