Ayurveda is a holistic science that considers all aspects of life as part of the whole picture of health. In my Ayurvedic Coaching Sessions, I focus on the three pillars of health: Diet, Lifestyle and Stress Relief as the foundation of my protocols. I also provide space and activities for personal growth and expansion on all levels. Together we will take a deeper look at how these elements in your life can be adjusted and up-leveled so you can feel equipped to become the highest, most balanced and authentic version of yourself. 


I will serve as a guide and space holder on your journey.

Ayurvedic Health + Life Coaching 


Therapeutic Massage + Bodywork

My unique Bodywork style is rooted in Holistic Sports Massage, Therapeutic Yoga and Ayurvedic Theory. Along with these strong pillars that inform my treatments, I incorporate elements from various modalities to bring the most relevant healing tools to each session.

Other modalities I weave into my practice include Dynamic Cupping Therapy, Aromatherapy, Thai Massage, Acupressure, CranioSacral Therapy, Prenatal massage, Kinesiotherapy and more. I use my education and intuition to guide my sessions. No two treatments are alike because no two humans are alike!


Although I am open to seeing folks from many walks of life, my passion is working with women and members of the queer community. I provide a nurturing and soothing environment where these marginalized members of our society can feel safe and held. 

This service is only available in Indianapolis.


1:1 Yoga 

Through the lens of Yoga and Ayurveda, I provide you with unique support to fit exactly where you are in your yoga journey.


Whether you are just starting out, have physical limitations or are an advanced yogi looking to take your practice to the next level, I will offer you with support and guidance to learn and up-level your individual yoga practice.  The beauty of 1:1 yoga is that instead of a group class where there is a variety of bodies and needs, this type of class is a custom-fit just for you!
