Holistic Sports Massage
Holistic Sports Massage utilizes the complimentary techniques found in Sports and Deep Tissue massage with the nourishing principles of Ayurveda, Yoga and subtler forms of bodywork.
This signature service combines elements from standard sports massage and injury recovery, Thai massage, Dynamic Cupping Therapy, Therapeutic Yoga and Ayurvedic oil massage. It's the perfect blend of bodywork for those seeking recovery as well as preventative care from athletics or highly physical activities.
In my practice, I believe that athletes need more than just deep tissue. Through my diverse background in clinical and holistic studies, I bring a nourishing and truly restorative whole mind-body approach to traditional sports massage.
